Faces of Liliana. I was realizing that a lot of people have done Heretical Healer cosplays now, and that it would make a fun post to see them all together. It’s easy to run into examples of trollish, ignorant awfulness around the internet in the MTG community, but the Magic community is also full of diversity, beauty, kindness, and wonderful generosity of spirit as many of you out there have showed me. Fleshbags will age and turn to dust, names will be forgotten and lost in the mists of time, but these images will last forever, and this is the type of community and passion that I hope people remember about Magic: The Gathering. All five colors, space for women and all orientations, laughter, fun, insane plays, otherworldly journeys and epic planeswalks, battles of honor, heroes’ reunions, a tentacle around the shoulders of a friend, a smile offered, an extended hand.
